Remarks

A Registration sent from initial sender A to intended receiver B must be followed by a RegistrationResponse sent from B to A.

A SOAP router cannot send a RegistrationResponse unless it is in response to a Registration . If a SOAP router receives a RegistrationResponse that cannot be correlated with a Registration that it generated, it should discard that message.
