IActiveIMMMessagePumpOwner::OnTranslateMessage method

Substitues for the TranslateMessage function.

Syntax

HRESULT OnTranslateMessage(
  [in] const MSG *pMsg
);

Parameters

  • pMsg [in]
    Address of an MSG structure that contains the message.

Return value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

IActiveIMMMessagePumpOwner::OnTranslateMessage should be used any time TranslateMessage would have been. If the return value is not S_OK, TranslateMessage should also be called.
