MapPointUtilities object

The MapPointUtilities object is used to create picture objects or return programmatic identifiers that can be used in Visual Basic. It must be created using the Visual Basic GetObject or CreateObject functions or the "New" operator. This object remains valid after the map is closed and then reopened.
