Remarks

The FilterCreationContext class is used to store state information when a SOAP filter is created for a policy assertion. When a SoapFilter is created for policy assertion that applies to a Web service, the FilterCreationContext contains state information about the type of the Web service. Likewise, when a SoapFilter is created for a policy assertion that applies to a Web service client, the FilterCreationContext contains state information about the type of the Web service client's proxy class.

The FilterCreationContext class is passed to the methods of a policy assertion that specify the filters for the policy assertion, such as the CreateClientInputFilter method.
