Welcome to the Microsoft® Business Solutions CRM Integration for Great Plains Link API Software Development Kit (SDK). Integration between Microsoft Business Solutions CRM with Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains Release 7.0 and 7.5 accounting and financial management is done using Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Integration. Custom integrations can be done using the information in this SDK along with Microsoft BizTalk® Server 2002 Partner Edition.
Note The tools and procedures described here are intended for customizing Microsoft CRM Integration for Great Plains. This paper does not explain how to integrate Microsoft CRM with a different product.
