SmsGetSMSC
Use this function to read the default Short Message Service (SMS) Service Center (SMSC) address.

SMS_ADDRESS* const psmsaSMSCAddress);
Parameters
- psmsaSMSCAddress
The SMSC address.
Return Values
This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
- S_OK
The method completed successfully.

Remarks
This function is not supported for CDMA.
