FSCTL_GET_REPARSE_POINT IOCTL (winioctl.h)

Retrieves the reparse point data associated with the file or directory identified by the specified handle.

To perform this operation, call the DeviceIoControl function with the following parameters.

CsvFs does not support reparse points.
