  Windows Clustering

 

Windows Clustering encompasses two technologies included as features of the Microsoft® Windows® NT and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server: network load balancing and server clusters.

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Clustering Services provide significant improvements in availability, scalability, and manageability. Setup is easier and more robust, and enhanced network features provide greater failover capabilities and high system uptime.
