Support Tab (Project Properties Dialog Box)

Use this dialog box to set product support information for your installed product.

You can reach this dialog box in two steps:

  1. Select your installer project in the Project Explorer window.

  2. From the end of the Project menu, select the InstallerProjectName Properties option.

Options

Manufacturer

Accept the default company name shown here, or change it by typing the product manufacturer's name.

Support phone

Type a product support phone number here. Your users can use this number for product support.

Support URL

Type a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) for product support here. The Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box (available from Control Panel) refers users to this URL for product support.

Apply

Accept the support properties shown, and do not close the Project Properties dialog box.
