COM Libraries Tab (Add New Packages/Libraries Dialog Box)

Allows you to add COM libraries and make them available for browsing. Once you add a library, it appears under the COM Libraries node in the Select Packages/Libraries dialog box. By default, a library that has been selected has a check mark to the left of it. A COM library you add using the Select Packages/Libraries dialog box is available for browsing until you remove it by clearing the check box to the left of it.

Options

Available COM Libraries List

Displays a list of all of the registered COM objects.

TypeLib Information

Displays the name and path of the library selected in the Available COM Libraries dialog box, as well as the development language and the version.

Browse Button

Displays the Select COM Component dialog box so that you can search other directories for and add libraries to the Available COM Libraries box.
