Shortcut Properties Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select the target file for a new shortcut. While working in the File System editor, you can reach this dialog box by electing Create Shortcut, when activated, from the context menu.

Note   To activate the Create Shortcut option, you must select a folder in the left pane of the File System editor. You can then right-click in a blank (white) area in the right pane of the File System editor. Your shortcut will be placed in the selected folder.

Options

Name

Lists names of all files currently included in the installer project. Select a file name, and click OK to establish the selected file as the target for the shortcut.

Target Path

Shows where the file listed in the Name column will be installed on the target machine.

Source Path

Shows where the file listed in the Name column resides on the source machine.
