Specifies a path, relative to the root path for the XML expansion pack in the Schema Library, where the file will be installed. The root path generally resolves to the schema folder under the Application Data folder in the user's Documents and Settings folder (for example, C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Schemas).
Note The value of the installPath element can be up to 256 characters.
