To start working immediately in a Microsoft® Visual Basic® development environment, you only need to add references to the appropriate type libraries. The type libraries are required by Visual Basic to perform v-table binding and marshaling of arguments when required.
For a list of type library names to add to your project, see Adding References to Appropriate Type Libraries.
For a general overview of how to use Visual Basic with CDO for Exchange 2000 Server (CDOEX), see Navigating CDO Interfaces with Visual Basic.
