Primitive: Dxapi.sys

The Primitive: Dxapi.sys component exposes DxApi, a kernel-mode function that makes it possible to access the DxApi interface. On Windows 2000 and later operating systems, the DxApi interface is implemented by a video miniport driver. On Windows Me and Windows 98, the DxApi interface is implemented by a miniVDD.
