Format not valid in resource file
A resource file in your project does not follow the standard format for a Windows resource file or there is a mismatch between the resource file and the Visual Basic project.
To correct this error
Recreate the resource source and resource files and adhere to the syntax documented in the Windows Software Development Kit.
Remove the invalid resource file from the project.
