Steps to get MSDNAA renewal for your department

 

  1. Fill out the online Renewal Request Registration form (answering Yes to the question below will take you to it).
  2. Wait for an approval number from Microsoft. It will come within 7 business days to the e-mail address you use for registration.
  3. Once the approval number comes to you, you will be contacted by our fulfillment center for payment or other documentation, as needed.
  4. Once the fulfillment center receives your payment, they shall extend your subscription by the designated (one-year or three-year) period.
  5. If your subscription includes physical media shipments, these will continue to arrive periodically.
  6. Depending on when your department joins the program, the membership period runs from July to June or January to December.
