Comentários

Em tempo de execução, o CustomPropertyToolPart procura a classe ResourcesAttribute . Se encontrado, o CustomPropertyToolPart itera através do método de LoadResource (você deve substituir esse método) com os valores do recurso da ResourcesAttribute. Se o recurso não for encontrado, a interface do usuário CustomPropertyToolPart é criada com os valores padrão. Caso contrário, a interface do usuário CustomPropertyToolPart é criada com os valores localizados. O Microsoft.NET Framework fornecerá somente valores de localização para o rótulo de propriedade, descrições e rótulo de categoria. O nome da propriedade base não será localizado. Se a classe ResourcesAttribute não estiver definida, a interface do usuário CustomPropertyToolPart será revertida para os metadados não localizada (isto é, CategoryAttribute, DescriptionAttribute, FriendlyNameAttributee o nome interno da propriedade).
