Returns an enumerator to iterate through the principals in the PrincipalCollection.

Conceptually, each instance of PrincipalCollection has a single enumerator associated with it. Although multiple calls to IEnumerable.GetEnumerator return distinct IEnumerator objects, they share the same internal state.
