Retourne un id de fuseau horaire sharepoint qui correspond à un ID de fuseau horaire Windows donné Tzids de Windows sont des sous-clés dans la branche du Registre HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones.
