Permission.PolicyName property

Gets the name of the policy that was applied to the current form.

Property value

Type: System.String
The name of the policy or a default value if no policy was applied.

Remarks

InfoPath supports the use of administrative permission policies which list users and groups and their form permissions.

This member can be accessed only by forms running in the same domain as the currently open form, or by forms that have been granted cross-domain permissions.

This type or member can be accessed only from code running in forms opened in Microsoft InfoPath Filler.

Examples

In the following example, clicking the Button control displays the name of the policy that has been applied to the current form.
